Set Reports
IN THIS ARTICLE:
This page contains information that pertains to MA Reports for all algorithm set types. To navigate to a report from the Analytics Sets page, click a SET NAME to go to the aggregated set report for all algorithms run in this set. Click a subset name, for example, an Email Threading set, to see a report for only that subset.
Tour of a Set Report
Click any blue link number on the report to navigate to the document group. Click on a Set Summary to show results for the details page for the set below. Click on an Algorithm Summary card to display an algorithm's details on the page or use the carousel controls. Share this report via a link in an email or copy this link to your clipboard.
NOTE: The recipient of the email must have view permissions to access this report.
View History
Click the History icon on the Set Summary card to view the history of this report.
ALGORITHM NAME | The name of the algorithm selected when the new set was created |
RUN BY |
The user name of the person who ran the set |
RUN DATE |
The date this set was run |
OVERLAY STATUS |
Whether the results have been overlaid |
ANALYZED DOCUMENT |
The number of documents analyzed in this run |
SIZE(GB) |
Size of the documents analyzed in Gigabytes. |
DOCUMENTS OVERLAID |
The number of documents overlaid in this run |
SIZE(GB) |
Size of the documents overlaid in Gigabytes |
INPUT PARAMETERS |
The settings selected on the Settings page for this algorithm |
Set Summary card
The first card summarizes the analytics for the set and displays the same type of information for any algorithm report.
SET: <NAME ><ID> |
The set name entered on the Create New Analytics Set page plus the unique Set ID assigned by the system for this set's run. |
# DOCUMENTS # (GB) |
The number of documents this set ran over and the size of the documents in gigabytes. Reports reflect set size/volumes and algorithm size/volumes. However, for sets that have been overlaid or partially overlaid, the headline changes to read "xxxxxx Documents (xx.x GB); xxxxx Overlaid (xx.x GB)." |
SEARCH NAME: <SOURCE> |
Saved Search is the source of the documents used for this set run. |
# ALGORITHMS |
The number of algorithms added to this set. |
Emails |
Number of emails identified this set identified in this run |
Attachments |
Number of attachments this set identified in this run |
Other Documents |
Number of loose files this set identified in this run |
LAST UPDATED ON <DATE/TIME> <USERNAME> |
Date and time of the last time this set was updated and the Last Name, First Name of the person who ran the set at this date, and time |
Set Details
Set Name and Code |
The name for the set that was run and the system-generated code for this group |
Custodians |
Number and names of custodians |
Date Range |
Using the mapped document date field, the range and distribution of dates for the document set. Use the various graphic tools, cross, grabber, mouse wheel to zoom, etc., to inspect the dates when emails were sent. The Date Range animation (below) shows how to manipulate the graphic. |
Documents with no dates or bad dates |
Documents that do not appear as part of the date range graph |
File Types |
The number of file types, file types list, and the number of documents found for each file type. Click show more/show less to see or hide the complete list of documents. |
Carousel navigator
In the middle of the report, use the carousel navigator to advance to other reports. Click the arrow to show algorithm details in report sections that go off-screen.
Carousel Controls
Hyperlink access to document groups
Each number in the report is the number of hits, non-hits, pivots, etc. Click on any hyperlink (blue) number to take you to the list of documents for that result type. When you click a number, for example, 2,013 for Non-pivot documents, you are taken to the Documents tab in Relativity for this group of 2,013 documents.
Report Hyperlink Document List Example
Click into a single document
From the Documents page, click into a single document control number to view the email tree for threading results only and relational panes for ND, TD, and ET.
Expand the DATE
The bottom bar graph shows the range from the earliest date to the latest date based on the mapped document date field. Hover over different areas to change grabbing tools. Double-click or use your mouse wheel to zoom out or in.
