Reports ACTION Menu
IN THIS ARTICLE:
From a report, you are likely to see the following options when you click on the ACTIONS button:
View Settings
View Settings takes you to a non-editable Full Build page, whether or not your set is a full or incremental build.
Run Full
Selecting Run Full takes you to the Full Analytics Set page where you can adjust your options, then run the set over a different set of documents or run it with different settings.
Run Incremental
Run Incremental takes you to the Incremental Analytics Set page, where you can select more algorithms from the original group. Run the set over a different set of documents by updating your original saved search or selecting a new saved search. Either method supplements the existing set with new documents, creates new groups, or adds documents to existing groups from the previous run.
Update Mentions
When you select Update Mentions, the Update Mentions for your set displays. Once you add functions and click RUN, all names and email mentions are linked to existing People Profiles with the selected functions, for example, Client.
Edit Set Name
Select Edit Set Name to display the Edit Set Name modal window. Enter the new name and click UPDATE.
Overlay Results button
NOTE: This menu option is not available for this release.
The Overlay button at the top is an overlay all option, the same as on the Analytics Sets list page. A single overlay button per row shows in the table, also the same as on the Sets List page. If all algorithm overlays are completed for a set, then the Overlay Results button is unavailable in the ACTIONS list. The number of algorithms that have been overlaid shows next to the OVERLAY RESULTS option, the same as the Overlaid column on the Analytics Sets list page. For example, Overlay Results (2/3). If one or more algorithms have an overlay exception, the option is shown in red text as Re-queue Overlay, the same as on the Sets List page. For example, Re-queue Overlay (1/2).
