Select (COLUMNS)

The Select option under COLUMNS allows you to adjust which columns are displayed in this privilege log and the order in which they are displayed. When you choose Select from the Columns drop-down menu, an modal window appears for column selection. The column selection modal window shows all fields available in Relativity, including MA output fields that have been overlaid and all custom columns created for any privilege log in the workspace. The column selection UI and interactions are similar to column selection for the People or Organization Lists. What is different, however, is that these column selections update the Privilege Log column display for all users in this workspace.

Column selection

Here you can add or remove columns displayed in this privilege log. In the Selected Columns list, grab the columns displayed to move them up and down, adjusting the order they are displayed. The “tree” icon denotes custom fields.

Available Columns are all the columns that do not display in this privilege log. Selected Columns lists columns that currently display for this privilege log. Click the blue arrow next to an Available Column on the left to move it to the Selected Columns on the right. Clicking the red x next to a column on the right moves it back to the Available Columns list on the left, and this column does not display in this privilege log. When the Only show custom columns is toggled on, the display filters to only show the custom text columns and combined columns created in this workspace. Add all moves all Available Columns to Selected Columns. Remove all moves all Selected Columns to Available Columns. When you click SAVE, the privilege log updates to display the column changes you made.
