Add an Index Set
Click the INDEX button in the upper right-hand corner of the Indexing table to create a new index set.
The Add Index dialog box opens:
SET NAME | The name for your index set. |
DOCUMENT SET | The document set from which you want to create an index set. |
NOTIFICATION RECIPIENT | User names of individuals you want to notify about this index set (via e-mail). |
EXCLUDE SMALLER THAN | Excludes all files smaller than the specified size in the index set. |
EXCLUDE LARGER THAN | Excludes all files larger than the specified size in the index set. |
Click RUN to start indexing files. The index appears on the Indexing page with its current status.
