The MA Sets field tells you which overlaid sets and algorithms a document is a part of. This field does not relate to one specific set or algorithm, but it applies to
all sets and algorithms run and overlaid in a workspace. This field answers questions like, how many sets was this document in? Did I run it in this or that set? Was this document ignored or an exception? This field also provides a way to quickly identify and access all the documents in a set that were ignored or an exception without opening a report, clicking on the Ignored or Exceptions links, and then tagging the document results.
This field contains nested choices that first identify the set and the algorithm that the document was included in. For example: MA Set 100 Email Threading. For each algorithm, the field identifies one of three outcomes:
Overlaid—the document was analyzed successfully and overlaid without exceptions.
Ignored—the document was ignored from the analysis and not overlaid.
Exception—the document was overlaid but had an exception. This applies to general exceptions and the specific Classifier Exception that can occur in Privilege Analytics.
This field only applies to sets that have been overlaid. If a document was part of a set run but not overlaid, this set's information does not appear in the MA Sets Field until overlaid.
WHO CAN PERFORM:
You need the View people profiles and Configure custom fields permissions to add new and manage existing custom fields and their layouts for a workspace.
Viewing the field
Navigate to MA Sets by clicking Document, then find a Saved Search. Here’s how the MA Sets field looks at the Saved Search level.
This field contains dense information and can be difficult to read when many sets have been overlaid into the workspace. In can be easier to read if you click the Edit Search icon or filter on the field:
